Saadiyat Nights to Illuminate Abu Dhabi with Layali Ramadan Festivities

Date:

Abu Dhabi’s premier open-air venue, Saadiyat Nights, is set to transform into a vibrant hub of culture, cuisine, and entertainment with the return of Layali Ramadan. This special event will take place throughout the holy month, offering visitors a unique suhoor experience from 9 PM to 3 AM daily.

Guests can indulge in an array of culinary delights from some of the UAE’s most celebrated dining spots, all gathered in one scenic location. The evenings will also feature live entertainment, with talented local artists setting the mood through traditional and contemporary performances.

For those seeking a more interactive experience, Layali Ramadan will provide dedicated spaces for classic board games such as Carrom and Backgammon, fostering a sense of community and nostalgia. Visitors will also have the chance to explore Emirati heritage through live demonstrations of Henna artistry, calligraphy, and Al Talli embroidery, showcasing the region’s rich craftsmanship.

A Star-Studded Venue
Now in its second season, Saadiyat Nights has already played host to some of the biggest names in music. Since its launch last year, the venue has welcomed global icons like Robbie Williams, Boyz II Men, Christina Aguilera, and Jennifer Lopez, with Lionel Richie bringing the latest season to a spectacular close on February 22.

Situated just minutes from the serene shores of Mamsha Al Saadiyat, the venue boasts a stunning design inspired by the UAE’s dunes. It is also nestled within Saadiyat Cultural District, home to iconic landmarks like Louvre Abu Dhabi, Manarat Al Saadiyat, and the Abrahamic Family House. The district is set to expand further with the highly anticipated openings of Zayed National Museum, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, and the Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi later this year.

A New Era of Digital Art
Adding to the cultural richness of the island, TeamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi is scheduled to open its doors on April 18. Spanning 17,000 square meters, this groundbreaking digital art space—created by Japan’s world-renowned technology-driven collective—will merge art, science, and technology. With its fluid, amoebic architecture, the space promises an immersive experience that engages visitors’ senses through sight, sound, and touch.

As Layali Ramadan brings the spirit of the holy month to life at Saadiyat Nights, Abu Dhabi continues to cement its status as a cultural and entertainment powerhouse—offering residents and visitors extraordinary experiences like never before.
