In a significant stride toward enhancing living standards and fostering community development in Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has ceremoniously opened the Al Samha Housing Project. This residential development, valued at Dh738 million, is an expansive initiative aimed at providing improved living conditions and bolstering the growth of local communities.
Spanning an area of 50 hectares, the project encompasses 242 villas alongside a host of amenities designed to cater to modern living. These include 33 public parks and green spaces, offering residents ample opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Additionally, a mosque with the capacity to accommodate 644 worshippers, two commercial centers with 38 retail outlets, and a 3-kilometer cycling track are set to enhance the everyday lives of the residents.
The Al Samha Housing Project is a testament to the UAE’s dedication to developing integrated residential communities that prioritize family stability and the quality of life for its citizens. This commitment is further underscored by the project’s alignment with the Emirati Neighbourhood Initiative, which seeks to address the needs of Emirati families through the provision of spacious housing, community facilities, and recreational amenities.
Authorities have emphasized that this development marks a substantial advancement in expanding modern housing options within the emirate. By supporting sustainable urban development, the project not only meets the current demands of Emirati families but also lays the groundwork for future community growth and enhancement.
