Saudi Arabia Opens Recruitment for Over 10,000 Teaching Positions – Applications Begin March 7

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Education has launched a nationwide hiring initiative to recruit 10,494 teachers for the upcoming academic year. This large-scale recruitment drive aims to strengthen the public education system by filling key teaching positions across various disciplines.

The hiring process will be conducted through the Jadarat national employment platform, following a spatial contracting system to ensure the right candidates are placed where they are needed most. The recruitment is open to qualified graduates specializing in critical subject areas, aligning with the country’s educational priorities.

Application Process & Key Dates
Application Window: Opens on Friday, March 7, 2025, and closes on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, exclusively for male applicants.
Candidate Selection: Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria and successfully pass the evaluation process.
Shortlist Announcement: The initial list of selected candidates will be released on Sunday, March 23, 2025 (23 Ramadan 1446).
Final Interviews & Verification: Shortlisted candidates will undergo in-person interviews and document verification at designated education department offices on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 (1 Dhu Al Qi’dah 1446).
All appointments will be made in accordance with the executive regulations of the civil service’s human resources framework. The newly recruited teachers will be classified under the rank of “practicing teacher,” ensuring that Saudi schools are equipped with skilled educators in essential subject areas.

This initiative underscores Saudi Arabia’s commitment to enhancing the quality of education and fostering academic excellence across the country.
