In a heartfelt audio message, Sheikh Mohamed highlighted the vital role young people play in shaping the future of the country. Addressing students, educators, and parents, he emphasized the importance of continuous learning and the development of skills necessary for the future. He also underscored the positive impact of harnessing artificial intelligence and technology in education.

Sheikh Mohamed’s message also included a call to action for parents and teachers to collaborate closely in nurturing creativity and promoting lifelong learning. He stressed the significance of instilling a strong sense of national identity and values among students. The academic year commences after a previous school year marked by notable disruptions, with the reopening of more than 1,180 public and private schools throughout the UAE. This year also sees the addition of several new schools, reflecting the ongoing growth of the country’s education sector.

Dubai’s ruler, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, joined in the welcoming of the new academic year. He encouraged students to pursue their ambitions with determination, emphasizing the acquisition of knowledge and skills that will enable them to contribute significantly to the UAE’s future progress.

The new school year represents a fresh start for students, educators, and institutions alike, as they work towards achieving educational goals. The focus on innovation and technology in the classroom aims to equip students with the tools they need to succeed in an increasingly digital world. The combined efforts of leaders, educators, and families are seen as crucial in cultivating an environment conducive to learning and personal growth.

With a renewed commitment to education, the UAE continues to prioritize the development of its youth, recognizing them as the cornerstone of the nation’s future. As students return to their studies, the message from the nation’s leaders serves as a reminder of the collective responsibility to foster an educational landscape that is both enriching and forward-looking.
